Weekly Update, February 8, 2021

Greetz internet friend and welcome back to my weekly update post! Not much time this morning, so let’s just dive right in.

Professional

Finished an engagement last week. Might get to do some cool research soon, but only time will tell. Still feeling burned out. That’s all I have to share this week.

Politix

Not much to say here either. Glad to read that Elizabeth Warren is pushing forward to cancel $50k in student loan debt. Also glad to see that the Democrats used reconciliation to push through another COVID-19 relief bill. Watching and listening to Bernie Sanders say that if Republican politicians can use reconciliation to cram through a two trillion dollar tax cut for the wealth, the Democrats can use it to help working families who are suffering. They also abused their power to cram through ACB to the Supreme Court and I and others will never forget that! After they screwed over Merrick Garland they did the exact same thing. Their duplicity and hypocrisy will not be forgetting by me and others any time soon, and I will probably never stop screaming about it!

If it wasn’t for people like Bernie and AOC, I wouldn’t have any faith in American electoral politics. Those two have done more to restore my faith in the possibility of a brighter future than any politicians, and I would love to see AOC as President one day!

Probably more to say on this subject, but for now let’s just move on.

Black Lives Matter

Not much to say for me again this week, except to say again that Black Lives Matter! Unequivocally and without question. Even if I don’t have more to say on the subject, I do want to use this space every week to keep reminding people.

Personal

Last weekend was amazing! Spent a bunch of time with my family, put up a few pieces in the back yard (spray paint art), made progress on a few other paintings, recorded some TikToks, and also wrote an EP! On Saturday (with the exception of 3 of the 4 drum tracks) – I wrote an entire four track record and released it! Once I have the links I will be sure to share them, but my first single also should have come out on Sunday but it takes a few days to be uploaded to all the services. If you want to pre-follow me on Spotify and be notified when the songs drop, you can do that by click here

If you want to check out the stuff I’m doing in another place, be sure to check out the last section before the end!
